Question 1 Are you a trade or a factory?

We are trade and factory integration business, our factory located on JiNing City Shandong Province.

Question 2 Do you accept OEM order?

Yes, we can manufacture spare parts according to customer’s choice or customize, including brand, logo, color, size,packing etc.

Question 3 How can I be sure the parts will fit my excavator? What about Quality Control?

(1) You can provide us correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts itself. Or measure the parts give us dimension or drawing.

(2) We have excellent tester, check every piece to ensure the quality is good,and strict control to ensure product safety into container.

Question 4 How about the payment terms and the terms of delivery?

(1) Payment terms: 30% T/T in advance, and the blance T/T before delivery. Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

(2) Terms of Delivery: We usually offer with EXW and FOB, other terms like as CIR or CIF could be negotiated according to your order.

Question 5 What is your minimum order?

It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20’ full container.And LCL container (less than a container load) can be acceptable.

Question 6 How about the delivery time?

FOB Qingdao or other ports 25-30days after receiving your advance payment, and the actual delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your orders. If it is in stock,the delivery time only takes 7-10 days.
